What to Expect from us

Your order will be shipped out the same day or the following business day unless it falls on a Holiday, or if we will be away on vacation. A banner will be placed specifying when your order will ship.

We take your orders seriously and try to treat you like we would like to be treated. When purchasing from us you can expect your items to be neatly folded and wrapped in plastic with a packing slip unless you mark it as a gift. (If you prefer not to have a packing slip, leave a note at checkout saying you do not want one.) 
You will receive a business card or magnet with a thank you gift. ( If you prefer not to receive a gift, no worries, just leave a note at checkout saying to omit the gift.)

If you purchase more than 1 yard of fabric, it will be shipped in a continuous piece. Once in a while, the bolt may not be in a continuous piece and this may not be available. If this is mandatory that you have this in one piece, please leave a note at checkout and we will notify you and refund you for this particular fabric.
