Returns Policy
You may return most new, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Generally, you will have to pay return shipping, with exceptions for order errors (we will work with you to make it right).
As we understand that each monitor or screen can result in variations in color, we can work with you to purchase a sample of 1/4 Yard to see if it will match before purchasing the full amount for your needs. Please use "Contact Us" to initiate.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping to the US
We ship items using the UPS or USPS. Items are shipped out within 1 business day unless it lands on a weekend or holiday.
From time to time we take vacations and will be unable to ship your product out until we return. We will place a banner on the home page indicating we are away.

INTERNATIONAL
We are sorry, but we only ship to the United States.
